Overview

  • Contribute to valuation and portfolio management at a leading financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and review financial models ensuring valuation accuracy and stress-testing.
  • Implement valuation best practices across teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare performance analyses, variance summaries, and comprehensive reporting packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors on valuation inquiries.
  • Maintain valuation and portfolio databases for actionable business insights.
  • Provide expertise on valuation-related regulatory reviews and industry practices.
  • Coordinate activities and materials for stakeholders, presenting trends and drivers.
  • Act as a liaison for external auditors and third-party valuation firms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of valuation-related work experience.
  • Proficiency in valuation techniques including DCF and comparable company analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Effective project management skills and awareness of business controls.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
