  • Lead operations at a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, fostering collaboration among departments and staff.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct daily operations of the outpatient surgery center, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and purchasing strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Lead quality improvement programs and infection control initiatives to maintain high care standards.

Job Requirements
