Overview

  • Lead and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects for a reputable general contractor.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
