Overview

  • Manage comprehensive billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines for client projects and court applications.
  • Support client management initiatives through meticulous data organization and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate on business development strategies, enhancing visibility and growth opportunities for the advisory group.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful representation.
  • Assist in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support strategic goals.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for project initiation and closure processes.
  • Facilitate communication and planning within the team to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee billing processes, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update client databases to support practice development and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and refine proposals, presentations, and pitchbooks to align with client objectives.
  • Organize and manage data for project setups and closures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate internal communications and maintain planning calendars to streamline operations.
  • Provide administrative support for industry event participation agreements and logistics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and client service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in professional services; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in client data management and project coordination within professional services.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with occasional in-office presence.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices in professional services operations.
