Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform patient history and physical examinations, diagnosing and counseling on treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with professional guidelines and state statutes.
- Evaluate patient data, including reports, labs, and diagnostic imaging, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Complete accurate chart documentation as per organizational standards.
- Adhere to scheduling guidelines and productivity standards.
- Participate in infection control measures and ensure compliance by support staff.

- Maintain unrestricted medical licensure and Board Certification in specialty area.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Current New York State medical license and DEA certification.
- Board eligible or Board Certified; certification required within 18 months of hire.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and computer systems.
- Experience with MS Word and Outlook applications.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate.
- Strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
