- Provide leadership and mentorship to Clinical Directors and healthcare professionals, fostering professional growth and excellence.

- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement market strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and drive quality improvement processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance clinical credibility and trust.
- Promote a culture of engagement and development within the clinical team.
- Contribute to the implementation of cost-effective strategies to optimize healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage clinical outcomes and oversee daily operations of multiple healthcare centers.
- Mentor and support Medical Directors to achieve exceptional clinical results and professional development.
- Lead initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain top clinical talent, including PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors.
- Cultivate a physician culture aligned with organizational values and service standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with payers, specialists, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor workplace dynamics and address concerns to maintain a positive and productive culture.
- Assist in implementing quality and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Provide direct clinical care as a Primary Care Physician, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Doctoral Degree (DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience; 10 years preferred.
- Board eligibility required; Board Certification preferred.
- Active medical license in the state of employment.
- Experience in managed care delivery systems and population risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 30%.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in clinical settings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
