Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and manage performance of Clinical Directors within the assigned market.
- Oversee clinical outcomes and operational efficiency across multiple centers.
- Mentor and coach medical staff to achieve clinical excellence and professional development.
- Collaborate with HR to lead recruitment and onboarding of clinical talent.
- Drive engagement and cultivate a positive organizational culture among clinical teams.
- Implement strategies to optimize cost reduction and enhance clinical efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to medical staff.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of market-specific initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; 10 years preferred.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of managed care delivery systems and population health management.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
