Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including staffing, technology use, and case management practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent acute hospital case management experience.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage departmental operations and achieve performance goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in case management and resource utilization.
