Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve performance metrics and operational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing high-volume emergency departments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
