Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation and project management.
• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining collaboration and productivity.
• Experience in budget management and cost control techniques.
