Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and administer recruitment programs adhering to legal provisions.
  • Maintain and oversee personnel records and HRIS systems.
  • Analyze workforce trends and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and performance appraisal processes.
  • Supervise HR team and provide leadership guidance.
  • Develop HR-related policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a management role.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Nonprofit experience is advantageous but not required.
