Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and administer recruitment programs adhering to legal provisions.
- Maintain and oversee personnel records and HRIS systems.
- Analyze workforce trends and implement succession planning strategies.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and performance appraisal processes.
- Supervise HR team and provide leadership guidance.
- Develop HR-related policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a management role.
- Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and employment laws.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
- Nonprofit experience is advantageous but not required.
