Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, providing updates to senior management and clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction operations, optimizing resource utilization and team performance.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and professionals to address project challenges.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive reports.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
