Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver patient care, managing acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on older adults.
• Lead weekly clinical meetings to ensure effective communication and team alignment.
• Supervise and train primary care providers, promoting clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to improve center performance and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Engage in recruitment efforts to attract patients and skilled clinical staff.
• Monitor and enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and outcomes within the healthcare center.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining compliance and quality assurance.
• Participate in regional and national training programs to stay updated on best practices.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with active state licensure is required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 10 years preferred for senior-level expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare applications is essential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching healthcare professionals to achieve excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
