Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement imaging service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize operational workflows.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements and manage risks effectively.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
  • Registered Technologist (RT), CNMT, or RDMS with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in imaging services, 7 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site healthcare operations effectively.
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
