Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and execute comprehensive AI training programs to enhance literacy and adoption across departments.
• Monitor and analyze emerging AI trends, providing insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and attend conferences to stay abreast of AI advancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution, with strong academic credentials.
• 8-10 years of experience in legal, innovation, or strategy consulting roles, with a focus on AI technologies.
• 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred, with expertise in AI-related legal matters.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaborations.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
• Familiarity with privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and antitrust laws relevant to AI applications.
• Certifications in AI, computer science, or cognitive science are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and exceptional judgment in strategic decision-making.
