Overview

  • Lead the nursing department to ensure exceptional patient-centered care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state mandatory.
  • Minimum of 6 years of nursing experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams and clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in community health or ambulatory care settings advantageous.
