Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and implement nursing policies and procedures to uphold patient care excellence.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards within the department.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Manage nursing resources, including inventory and supplies, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for nursing staff to promote growth.
• Mentor nursing teams to foster professional development and enhance team dynamics.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of patient-focused care by nursing and clinical support teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of nursing experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in managing nursing teams and clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in community health or ambulatory care settings advantageous.
