  • Lead critical care services, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely and effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor department operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and departmental meetings to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Current RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CCRN preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute care settings.
  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and patient safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Open Heart, A-Lines, and Balloon Pump procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
