Overview

  • Oversee IT applications supporting construction operations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead strategic planning for application roadmaps to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of application strategies aligned with construction operations.
  • Manage application lifecycle processes, including feature deployment, testing, and optimization.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and inform application development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and application security protocols.
  • Establish and maintain vendor partnerships for effective application support and service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and application management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in construction-specific applications such as Procore, Kahua, Autodesk, and Primavera P6.
  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycle phases and operational requirements.
  • Experience developing application roadmaps and business continuity plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and compliance standards for secure application management.
