Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and application management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in construction-specific applications such as Procore, Kahua, Autodesk, and Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycle phases and operational requirements.
- Experience developing application roadmaps and business continuity plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
