Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain precise financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize accounting operations.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions.
• Stay informed on evolving accounting regulations and integrate necessary updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client accounting services within a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, and Expensify preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
