Overview

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Drive expansion through new and extended Statements of Work, achieving quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client priorities.
  • Leverage executive sponsors to elevate relationships and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to consulting and account growth playbooks, enhancing organizational practices.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on outcomes and transformation in software initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve risks proactively, ensuring seamless client experience and project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proactively source leads and develop a multi-million-dollar pipeline to secure booked revenue.
  • Shape, pitch, and close new client accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build advisory-level relationships with senior client stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Guide prioritization and decision-making around software and GenAI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Delivery Leaders to close high-quality work.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
  • Mentor and engage with executive sponsors for feedback and professional growth.
  • Drive quarterly revenue targets through effective account management and expansion strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on business or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing strategic client accounts; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to propose custom software engineering and GenAI services effectively.
  • Experience in remote work environments, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks and address them decisively.
  • Proficiency in leveraging executive sponsors to enhance client relationships and drive growth.
