Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to an enterprise of approximately 6,000 employees, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support payroll, immigration processes, performance management, and compensation activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Workday system for data management, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.
  • Participate in large-scale HR initiatives, including system implementations and ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide guidance and resolve HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to general HR administration tasks such as unemployment claims and employment verifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll activities, including data entry and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with immigration processes, including documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Participate in performance management and compensation reviews, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, specifically Workday, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time and absence management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing HR operations.
  • Ability to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and adaptability to onsite requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
