Job Description

Overview

  • Provide advanced aesthetic services including injectables, laser treatments, and body contouring in a dynamic medical practice.
  • Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements through continuous education and training.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support practice growth and patient satisfaction.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and aesthetic maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Medical Board standards.
  • Contribute to social media and content creation initiatives to promote the practice.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer injectable services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators with precision.
  • Perform RF microneedling, PRF/PRP therapies, and laser treatments.
  • Deliver body contouring, skin tightening, and sleep apnea therapies.
  • Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans using available modalities.
  • Educate patients on skincare regimens and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and photo documentation.
  • Promote practice services, memberships, and financing options to enhance client outcomes.
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives through patient education and social media engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in medical aesthetics; 2 years preferred.
  • Advanced training in injectables and laser treatments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and patient charting; timely note completion required.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and initiatives.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and professional development.
