Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer and support Windows Server platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage virtualization environments, focusing on provisioning and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot server issues to maintain system uptime and resolve incidents effectively.
• Support application packaging and deployment processes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate on the design and maintenance of internal websites and portals.

• Assist with network troubleshooting, including DNS, DHCP, and routing configurations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems and core services.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and application deployment tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL Server administration and query support is preferred.
• Exposure to AI platforms and interest in supporting emerging technologies is advantageous.
