Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee architectural designs for multifamily projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and design teams to achieve cohesive project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver project proposals, designs, and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design, with 10 years preferred for advanced project management roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design creation, documentation, and visualization.
  • Proven experience managing multifamily architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards applicable to multifamily developments.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
