Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations and maintain productive relationships with service providers.
- Oversee trade execution processes, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
- Ensure accurate cash movements and comprehensive financial recordkeeping.
- Prepare regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize operational processes and workflows.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in international equity and derivatives trading operations.
- Experience managing operations across multiple locations and time zones.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and Bloomberg.
- Familiarity with Eze OMS is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, process-management, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a strategic mindset.
