  • Lead and manage tax engagements, delivering compliance, planning, and advisory services across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage comprehensive tax engagements, including compliance, research, and planning activities.
  • Prepare and review detailed tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations to provide industry-specific insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to address budgeting, cash flow, and tax planning needs effectively.
  • Deliver projects within established timelines and budgets, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering skill development and professional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience; five years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to firm-specific technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
