Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active CPA license with 10+ years of assurance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong expertise in non-profit organizations and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment.
• Commitment to community involvement and professional networking.
• Ability to work additional hours during peak periods as needed.
• Participation in leadership development programs is preferred.
