Overview

  • Play a pivotal role in financial reporting and analysis within a dynamic organization.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparation and review of regulatory filings, including financial statements and disclosures.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
  • Maintain robust documentation and support for internal controls and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Develop comprehensive financial analyses for management review and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and review regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Conduct detailed flux analysis, providing insights to stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Support quarterly reviews and year-end audits, coordinating with external auditors.
  • Enhance documentation for internal controls and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and system efficiencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance/accounting.
  • CPA certification and SEC reporting experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with financial tools such as Workiva and Workday is advantageous.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
