Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the neonatal intensive care unit, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care activities and resource allocation to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for neonatal patients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with a focus on neonatal care preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery, preferably in a neonatal setting.
• Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and implementation of improvement strategies.
