Overview

  • Take on a leadership role in the neonatal intensive care unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, with a focus on neonatal care preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery, preferably in a neonatal setting.
  • Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
