Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and manage the firm's email marketing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
  • Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns for various audience segments, leveraging advanced tools and analytics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine content, design, and delivery timing for optimal engagement.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to refine audience segmentation and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Define and track performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on campaign outcomes.
  • Strengthen integration between email marketing, CRM systems, website, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with data privacy and industry regulations.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in email marketing, with expertise in enterprise-level platforms.
  • Proficiency in Pardot or similar tools, including CRM systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Technical skills in HTML/CSS for email design and platform configuration.
  • Ability to develop and execute segmented, automated email campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
