Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage projects ranging from $8M to $30+M, coordinating resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with client expectations.
  • Ensure on-site safety and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
  • Foster innovation in construction methodologies to address complex challenges.
  • Maintain effective communication with teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members, encouraging professional development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing K-12 and municipal projects of significant scale.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
