Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide executive-level leadership, fostering collaboration and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Lead project teams in delivering exceptional results while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Monitor project financials, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Guide contract negotiations, procurement processes, and change management activities.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and oversee commissioning processes.
  • Support preconstruction planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for 15 years.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, technically demanding construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and project risks.
