Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for 15 years.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale, technically demanding construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and project risks.
