Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ensure consistent application of client brand standards across multiple project sites and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and civil details seamlessly into project designs.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure adherence to design standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in obtaining permits and address revisions based on local code requirements and project specifications.
  • Support project teams with updates and revisions during various design development phases.
  • Contribute to meeting milestone deadlines for multi-site rollout programs and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Participate in production meetings and propose enhancements to workflows and standards for improved efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in architectural production and CAD drafting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM platforms is essential.
  • Experience managing drawing sets, sheet organization, and file structures effectively.
  • Ability to interpret design intent and work independently on production tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure to retail, restaurant, or branded commercial rollout projects is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working on fast-paced, multi-site rollout programs with tight schedules and deadlines.
