Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly accounting reports, adhering to financial standards.
  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions, ensuring seamless operations with fund administrators.
  • Conduct daily banking reconciliations and monitor cash movements effectively.
  • Develop and refine operational procedures to optimize fund management efficiency.
  • Support investor onboarding processes, addressing due diligence and AML-related requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive investor tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with service providers to uphold compliance and operational standards.
  • Assist in updating marketing materials, ensuring data accuracy and performance alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, fund administration, or audit; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in fund accounting and operational procedures is highly desirable.
