Overview

• Lead and oversee construction operations for diverse commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to execute healthcare, education, industrial, and corporate office builds.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations during all construction phases.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices.
• Ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule constraints.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues to maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges.
• Manage procurement and inventory of materials required for construction projects.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead team meetings to align on project goals, updates, and strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing healthcare, education, industrial, and office projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits and coordination.
