Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored tax advisory services and solutions.
  • Oversee tax return reviews and signings, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in reporting.
  • Manage and expand a personal book of business, contributing to the firm's profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex client needs and innovate service offerings.
  • Participate in strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations in all engagements and initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes, optimize team performance, and drive organizational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in tax operations, with expertise in client management and advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in conducting real estate audits is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
