Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, strategy development, and campaign execution.
- Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and performance measurement tools.
- Strong change management skills and ability to drive organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
