Overview

  • Lead the development and execution of global digital strategies for enhancing engagement within the healthcare sector.
  • Drive innovation through omnichannel marketing campaigns and advanced digital capabilities to optimize customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies into brand planning and operational processes.
  • Establish global standards for digital strategy execution and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking campaign performance and business outcomes effectively.
  • Champion digital literacy and capabilities building within teams to foster innovation and adaptability.
  • Advance digital maturity by implementing cutting-edge strategies and industry best practices.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and lead the digital roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer journey insights.
  • Translate customer insights into impactful omnichannel engagement strategies across diverse digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams to integrate digital strategies seamlessly.
  • Manage media spend and agency relationships to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  • Embed standards and best practices in digital initiatives and customer journey management processes.
  • Enable segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance precision in marketing efforts.
  • Establish global standards for CRM, SEO, email marketing, and performance tracking methodologies.
  • Conduct vendor and platform evaluations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage digital budgets to maximize resource efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, strategy development, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to drive organizational transformation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and driving accountability for omnichannel strategies.
