Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise field operations and office staff, ensuring seamless project management.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing high-end restaurant and luxury retail construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of tenant buildouts for Class A & B spaces.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project estimation, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Ability to maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
