Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic financial initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification mandatory, with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting and private equity or asset management firms.
• Proven leadership skills in managing accounting teams and operations.
• Deep understanding of management company structures and fund operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
