Job Description

Overview

  • Support construction projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address challenges, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in managing project milestones, budgets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction industry practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
