Job Description

Overview

  • Support property management operations by ensuring tenant satisfaction and smooth administrative processes.
  • Coordinate tenant transitions, including move-ins, move-outs, and utility management.
  • Maintain contractor schedules and oversee repair and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including data management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to address property management challenges effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation systems.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of property operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes, including utility account management.
  • Update and maintain contractor schedules and records using Excel.
  • Dispatch contractors for property repairs and oversee task completion.
  • Follow up on maintenance jobs to ensure quality and standards compliance.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records for operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
