Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required.
- Licensed Architect with substantial experience in architectural design and management.
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience; 15 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and preparing project proposals.
