Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively for optimal project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, enhancing their professional capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to align projects with their vision and goals.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, codes, and regulations in all projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required.
  • Licensed Architect with substantial experience in architectural design and management.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and preparing project proposals.
  • On-site work arrangement for direct involvement in project management.
