Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural teams to achieve design excellence and meet client objectives effectively.
  • Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supervise the production of technical documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
  • Oversee construction phase services, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
  • Sign and seal architectural drawings as a licensed architect, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, with 15 years preferred.
  • Licensed architect capable of signing and sealing drawings, ensuring compliance.
  • Proven expertise in Justice, Civic, or Public architectural projects is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and supervise project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and client engagement.
  • Knowledge of construction phase services and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to manage project deliverables and ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
