Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise ICU nursing staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ICU nursing experience; 7 years preferred.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in acute care settings.
  • Certified Critical Care RN (CCRN) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICU operations, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
