Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily trade reconciliation and corporate action analysis tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies across multiple systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Collaborate with brokers and counterparties to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate counterparty reviews and manage resolution processes effectively.
  • Engage with technology teams to implement operational enhancements and process optimizations.
  • Document technical requirements and recommend solutions for streamlined workflows.
  • Support new market, product, and fund initiatives with operational expertise and insights.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational procedures and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and equity derivatives operations.
  • Strong skills in corporate action processing and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement effective process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented projects.
