Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven leadership skills in overseeing dispersed teams and complex projects.
• Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
