Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily cash operations, including fund account balances and movements.
- Prepare and distribute fund cash summary reports ensuring compliance.
- Review and process fund invoices and expense allocations promptly.
- Coordinate with fund administrators on capital calls and distributions.
- Assist in preparing quarterly financial reports and investor statements.
- Analyze GAAP-based financial statements and identify variances.
- Support annual audit and tax return preparation processes.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting or similar roles.
- Proficiency in private equity fund structures and reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and data management expertise are essential.
- Experience with GAAP financial statements and variance analysis.
