Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily cash operations, including fund account balances and movements.
  • Prepare and distribute fund cash summary reports ensuring compliance.
  • Review and process fund invoices and expense allocations promptly.
  • Coordinate with fund administrators on capital calls and distributions.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly financial reports and investor statements.
  • Analyze GAAP-based financial statements and identify variances.
  • Support annual audit and tax return preparation processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in private equity fund structures and reporting standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data management expertise are essential.
  • Experience with GAAP financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of audit and tax preparation processes is preferred.
