Job Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to deliver projects exceeding $50M or multiple smaller projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to project sites as required.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
