Overview

  • Lead high-profile commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and client expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects exceeding $50M or multiple smaller projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to project sites as required.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
