Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to achieve objectives efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance outcomes.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects exceeding $50M or multiple smaller projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to project sites as required.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
