Overview
- Lead and oversee ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliver exceptional results in commercial and self-storage developments.
- Manage all project phases, including estimation, preconstruction, execution, and closeout, ensuring seamless transitions and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones and goals effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ground-up construction projects; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and self-storage development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to oversee projects from estimation/preconstruction through closeout phases.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in construction.
