Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with proven expertise in ground-up projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
• Ability to work on-site in designated regions, ensuring hands-on management of projects.
